I'm watching the first part of the hit movie "Ray," the biopic about Ray Charles. Great film!
NEGATIVE:
Nobody likes to be left behind. Nobody likes to feel left out.Unfortunately, when Ray first hit the road, his bandmates didn't want to hang out with him. The band would play, then after the show, if the band members made plans to hang out, they told Ray the cab was full and they'd leave him behind.
Sad. Nobody likes to be left behind. Nobody likes to feel left out.
POSITIVE:
When you get left behind, you're free to do all that secret stuff you can't do when people are watching you. Lonely time is plotting time. Lonely time is dirty time. Lonely time is a time to carve creepy-faced pumpkins and put them on your bandmates' porches! Yeah! It's great to be alone!By the way, I'd like to see Ray Charles' jack-o-lantern! Blind folks carve the best pumpkins!
CONCLUSION:
Fortunately, instead of carving pumpkins, Ray used all his lonely time to do piano stuff- and junk. Imagine if his biopic was called "Ray Charles, Pumpkin Carver!" That would have been awful!ALSO CHECK OUT:
