If you're stuck, feeling unmotivated or disorganized, just do something! Sometimes just the fact that you tried will make you feel better. Here are five really easy things you can do to feel proud and productive:
1. CLEAN YOUR ROOM.
Pick up five things in your room or your office. That's an easy goal: Unless you have zero arms, it is easy to pick up five things. You'll feel a small sense of accomplishment. Your progress is visible and measurable. Your reward is peace. Plus, how can you feel good about yourself when your place is an awful mess?! What's wrong with you? Who can live like that?
2. WRITE A THANK YOU LETTER.
People like to hear how they have improved your life. So, take a second and send them a note. Unless it's appropriate, no nudy pics, please.
3. DO SOME YOGA.
Karate chop your problems in 5 easy steps!
4. CALL THAT PERSON YOU HATE.
Call that person you hate and tell them off. Tell them they are an itchy anus rash. You have been meaning to do this for too long. Why let bad feelings fester (like an itchy anus rash)? It's just best to get them out in the open and move on with your life. Now, make sure you do not send your hate via text message or email. Paper trails are bad for business.
5. CALL THAT PERSON YOU HATE (AGAIN).
Call that person you hate (again) and tell them you can't believe you said all those things to them! Tell them you are an alcoholic but you are trying to deal with it. Tell them you're sorry and that sometimes, an alcoholic's best friends get the worst abuse. So, they must be your best friend after all. Yay.
