In Vietnamese culture, three 8s means good luck. Well, my Austin pals and I had some darn good luck when we found 888 restaurant in Austin, Texas. The premier improv/ comedy website, jakeisfantastic.com, calls 888 "The best restaurant in the world." I don't know if I would go that far, but it is darn good. In fact, 888 is so good, several of my Austin pals and I made a completely unauthorized commercial to help promote 888.
